Bruschetta
A café-style restaurant in the Village Square, Bruschetta features an extensive selection of contemporary, Italian-style dishes which are recommend for sharing so that all can experience the whole range of wonderful flavours.
Guests can dine inside the restaurant, or enjoy al fresco dining on the terrace overlooking the pool.
Fresh and interesting salads are a distinctive feature of the menu, with sugar and vodka cured salmon, spinach and lemon risotto with Moreton Bay bugs, and Eumundi smoke house duck breast given starring roles
by chef Wayne Mackie. A special kids’ menu including spaghetti, chicken and mushroom risotto, and fish and chips is also available.
