Kim McCosker is well known in Australia, New Zealand and the UK for her best selling book and cookery series called “4 Ingredients”.

The best is that Kim McCosker has made her home in beautiful Pelican Waters, and she says that it is a great place to call home.  To Kim the first most important priority has always been family and her 3 beautiful boys.
